Terms and conditions of Research and Recommendation Services.

The medium of Investowryght services is only SMS thus Please do trade only on SMS provided by
Investowryght. Please don’t trade on Verbal calls. Telephonic support provided, if any, will only be
to confirm the Recommendations provided through SMS. No separate Recommendations are being provided through Telephone. DO NOT Trade on Telephonic calls.
The information or advice or consultation provided on the site or by us is purely an area of research, which is
susceptible to the constant changes in the market. No such information or Recommendations or consultation can
be held against us and the same is nothing more than our professional service based on our technical expertise, which may vary from other experts. The subscriber or user voluntarily agrees to take into consideration our inputs while making investments. Investowryght shall not be responsible or liable for any loss. 

We at Investowryght hold all rights to terminate or modify the subscription of any Subscribers from
our services at any time. Investowryght shall not be liable to pay charges or refund.
Money Bells Research Analyst will have the exclusive right to change or modify our policies, disclosures,
and information provided on our platform without any notice. All visitors and subscribers to our site shall deem to
have accepted the same.
Investowryght does not provide any guarantees in the stock market/share market. Every individual

If in any case conflicts or disputes arise between Money Bells Global Research Services private limited and the client, then all the matters shall be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.

2. There are no pending material litigations or legal proceedings, findings of inspections, or investigations for which action has been taken or initiated by any regulatory authority against the Investowryght or its employees.

• Investowryght may have a financial interest or actual/beneficial ownership in the securities recommended in its personal portfolio. Details of the same may be referred to through the disclosures made at the time of advice.
• There are no actual or potential conflicts of interest arising from any connection to or association with any issuer of products/ securities, including any material information or facts that might compromise its objectivity or independence in the carrying on of Research Analyst services. Such conflict of interest shall be disclosed to the client as and when they arise.
• Investowryght or its employee or its associates have not received any compensation from the subject company in the past 12 months.
• Investowryght or its employee or its associates have not managed or co-managed the public offering of Subject Company in the past 12 months.
• Investowryght or its employee or its associates have received any compensation for investment banking or merchant banking or brokerage services from the subject company in the past 12 months.Ø Investowryghtt or its employee or its associates have not received any compensation for products or services other than above from the subject company in the past 12 months.
• Investowryghtor its employee or its associates have not received any compensation or other benefits from the Subject Company or 3rd party in connection with the research report/ recommendation.
• The subject company was not a client of Investowryght or its employee or its associates during twelve months preceding the date of distribution of the research report and recommendation services provided.
• Investowryght or its employee or its associates has not served as an officer, director, or employee of the subject company.
• Investowryght have not been engaged in the market-making activity of the subject company

B :- Disclosures with respect to Research and Recommendations Services

• Support and resistance level- The support and resistance (S&R) are specific price points on a chart expected to attract the maximum amount of either buying or selling. Support refers to prices on a chart that tend to act as a floor by preventing the price of an asset from being pushed downward. Support is a price level where a downtrend can be expected to pause due to a concentration of demand or buying interest. As the price of assets or securities drops, demand for the shares increases, thus forming the support line.
• Meanwhile, resistance zones arise due to selling interest when prices have increased. The support price is a price at which one can expect more buyers than sellers. Likewise, the resistance price is a price at which one can expect more sellers than buyers.
• Target- A target price is an estimate of the future price of a stock. The target price is the price that is expected to reach in the target period.
• Stop Loss- Stop-loss is a method used by an investor to limit his losses. It works as an automatic order given by the investor to his broker to sell a security as soon as it reaches a certain predetermined price.
